Client – Mattamy Homes

Located between Burnhamthorpe Road West and Dundas Street West, east of Sixth Line and west of Trafalgar Road, this project comprised developing 46 hectares with a mix of residential, institutional and open space uses. Residential units consist of detached singles, townhouses and apartments, in total approximately 800 units. The proposal also includes lands for a new elementary school and a neighbourhood park.
