Client – Oak Bay Developments

Located in Port Severn, now known as Oak Bay Golf Club, this project comprised developing 120 hectares into a mixed-use community, including roughly 500 residences, a golf course and a marina. All sensitive environmental lands were dedicated to the Georgian Bay Land Trust.
