Phase 1 includes two 12-storey apartment buildings with a total of 328 residential dwelling units, 2 floors of underground parking, 1140 m2 in commercial space and 521 m2 of amenity area. Phase 2 is proposing an 8-story apartment building with a total of 172 residential units and 2 levels of underground parking.
