Clients – Mattamy Homes and D’Orazio

Located along Mississauga Road North, Mattamy Homes and D’Orazio are proposing to develop 25.65 hectares with residential and mixed-use dwelling types totalling approximately 3794 units. The site will feature approximately 152 single detached dwellings and 452 townhouse dwellings including back-to-back and rear-lane. 1800 units are dedicated to a medium/high density block and an additional 1400 units are allocated to a mixed-use block. The site will also feature a 1.40 hectare park.
