Client – Mattamy Homes

Located on the east side of Tremaine Road, between Louis St. Laurent Avenue and Derry Road, this project comprised developing 160 hectares with a mix of residential, commercial, institutional and open space uses. Residential units consisted of detached singles, semi detached singles, townhouses, back to back townhouses, lane based singles and lane based townhouses, in total, approximately 3,000 units.
