The proposed development, located at the southeastern quadrant of Derry Road West and Regional Road 25, is 2.97 ha in size and consists of three apartment buildings as well as five 3-storey townhouse buildings backing onto the Sixteen Mile Creek Valley. The three apartment buildings are connected via a podium and have heights ranging from 16 to 25-storeys. In total, the proposed development provides approximately 648 residential units and achieves a net density of 283 units per hectare. The proposal also features an internal parkette.
