The proposed development, situated on 1.2 ha at the southwest quadrant of Main Street East and Wilson Drive, consists of two high-rise residential towers with grade related commercial uses. The towers stand at heights of 17 and 20-storeys and are connected via a 6-storey podium. In total, the residential development will provide approximately 588 residential units achieving an FSI of 3.84.
