The proposed development, located on the west side of Sixth Line, between Dundas Street and Burnhamthorpe Road, consists of residential uses as well as a SWM pond and NHS block. A total of 512 residential units are provided including 49 street townhouses, 68 back-to-back townhouses, 35 rear-lane townhouses, and 360 apartment units across two 6-storey mixed-use buildings.
