Located at the northwestern quadrant of Ontario Street South and Derry Road, Neatt Communities is proposing to redevelop the lands with two high-rise residential towers. Both towers are to be constructed atop a mutual 6-storey podium, totaling 23 and 19 storeys. The towers will be connected to a 2-storey parking structure featuring rooftop amenity space. In total, the site will provide approximately 612 residential apartment units.
