Located south of Louis St. Laurent Avenue and east of Thompson Road South in the Cobban Neighbourhood, this project comprises developing 100 hectares with residential, mixed use, institutional and open space uses. Residential dwelling types include detached dwellings, traditional townhouses, lane based townhouses, back to back townhouses and apartments, totaling approximately 1,600 units. The proposal also includes one park, one elementary school and one Catholic elementary school.
