Centered around the intersection of Whitevale Road and Brock Road in Pickering, this project comprises developing 96 hectares with a mix of residential, commercial, employment, institutional, recreational and open space uses. Preliminary residential dwelling types include detached dwellings, traditional townhouses, back to back townhouses and rear lane townhouses. The proposal also includes one high school, two elementary schools, one recreation center and six parks.
