Client – Mattamy Homes

Located in the Wilmott Neighbourhood in Milton, this project comprised developing 110 hectares with a mix of residential, institutional and open space uses, while preserving unique heritage features. Residential units consisted of detached singles, semi-detached singles, townhouses, back to back townhouses and apartments, in total, approximately 2,200 residential units.
