Terry Korsiak
PRINCIPAL – M.A., MCIP, RPP
Terry Korsiak is the company President and has practiced as a professional planner since 1985. Terry oversees all aspects of the company and offers a breadth and depth of knowledge gained through overseeing the planning and approval of 1000’s of acres of land in Ontario.
Catherine McEwan
ASSOCIATE – B.A.
Catherine joined Korsiak Urban Planning in 2002 after graduating from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Mohawk College with a Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning. Catherine has been involved in a wide array of development projects across the GTA. She enjoys liaising with clients and municipal staff throughout the approvals process.
Constance Ratelle
MANAGING ASSOCIATE – MPlan, RPP
Constance obtained a Master of Planning degree in Urban Design and Development from the University of Calgary and worked as an environmental planning consultant before joining Korsiak Urban Planning as a planner and designer. She prepares planning reports, drafts zoning by-law and official plan amendments, represents our clients at the Ontario Municipal Board, and liaises with municipal and conservation authority staff on development applications in Oakville, Milton, Brampton, and Hamilton. She oversees preparation of draft plans and site plans, and works with our clients to design residential subdivisions and mixed-use concepts in Halton, Peel, Durham, York, and Ottawa. Constance is a Member in the Ontario Professional Planners Institute.
Wayne Coutinho
ASSOCIATE – MPI, B.Sc. (Env), RPP
Wayne received a Master of Planning and Urban Development from Ryerson University, with research on Low Impact Developments to address climate change on land use planning. He conducts planning research and analysis, prepares relevant reports, and coordinates the submission of development applications. Wayne gained experience as an urban planner in the private sector with projects across southern Ontario prior to joining Korsiak. He brings 10+ years of experience as a sustainability and brownfield redevelopment professional. He provides advice on land use planning, prepares site plans and facilitates the development of resilient and complete communities. Wayne is a Member in the Ontario Professional Planners Institute.
Katelyn Capone
SENIOR PLANNING TECHNICIAN – B.Sc., CPT
Katelyn is a graduate of McMaster University’s Bachelor of Environmental Science program as well as Mohawk College’s Urban and Regional Planning program. Katelyn is a member of the Canadian Association of Certified Planning Technicians. She assists with all aspects of design including the preparation of concept plans, draft plans, site plans and other graphics. Katelyn also undertakes research on a variety of projects and assists with the preparation of development applications.
Erika Lindsay
JUNIOR PLANNER – MScPl
Erika holds a Master of Science in Planning from the University of Toronto, along with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from the same institution. She is currently involved in executing and submitting development applications. Erika also prepares planning reports, conducts research to support best practices, and collaborates closely with clients and municipal staff through effective correspondence. Her experience includes conducting planning research in private planning contexts.
Jessica He
PLANNER, MSc, RPP
Jessica is a member in the Ontario Professional Planners Institute. She holds a Master of Science in Planning from the University of Guelph and an Honors Graduate Certificate in Urban Design from Sheridan College. Before joining Korsiak, she worked as a landscape architect in Hong Kong and as a planner in the Ontario public sector. At Korsiak, Jessica is actively involved in all stages of projects, from concept design to planning application submissions. She also contributes to the preparation of urban design guidelines, as well as modeling and renderings.
Will Stavropoulos
PLANNING TECHNICIAN, CPT
Will is a graduate of Mohawk College’s Urban and Regional Planning program and a member of the Canadian Institute of Certified Planning Technicians. He began his career at Korsiak as a co-op student and is now actively involved in the development of concept plans, site plans, and draft plans. Additionally, Will supports planners by designing graphics for planning justification reports and urban design briefs.
Emily Park
JUNIOR PLANNER/DESIGNER – MCRP, BArchSc (Hons)
Emily holds a Master of Community and Regional Planning from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Architectural Science (Honours, Co-op) with a concentration in Architectural Design from Toronto Metropolitan University. She first joined Korsiak as an intern during her master’s studies and returned upon completing her degree. Emily is involved in the preparation and execution of development applications, planning reports, and research, while collaborating closely with various agencies. With a strong design foundation and architectural experience, she brings critical design thinking and visual communication skills to the team, contributing to all stages of projects—from preliminary conceptual design to zoning by-law review. Her experience spans a range of residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use projects, where she integrates planning strategies with design to support cohesive, context-sensitive development.
Ariana Morin
PLANNING ASSISTANT, CO-OP
Ariana is an Honours Bachelor of Environmental Studies with a Major in Planning student from the University of Waterloo. She currently assists with development applications, preparing planning reports, and coordinating various submissions. Her previous experience includes conducting research in heritage planning, supporting policy analysis, and contributing to a variety of municipal planning projects. Ariana has a solid foundation in land use planning principles and environmental considerations, with a growing understanding of development processes in both urban and rural contexts.
Andrew Stangaciu
PLANNING TECHNICIAN ASSISTANT, CO-OP
Andrew is a co-op student currently enrolled at Mohawk College’s Urban and Regional Planning program. Andrew assists in technical planning matters involving concept plans, site plans, and draft plans. Additionally, Andrew supports planners by completing various planning related applications.
Gina Wang

Gina oversees and manages all administrative aspects of the company including finance, operations, and human resources.
