Located in Oavkille’s Palermo Village, this project includes one eight-storey mixed use building with 328 residential units and 1,100 square meters of commercial space fronting Old Bronte Road. The proposal also includes the relocation of a two-storey heritage home at 2460 Old Bronte Road to the northeast quadrant of the site where it will be converted into an additional 480 square meters of office/commercial space.
