Client – Mattamy Homes

Located to the north of Upper Middle Road and east of Bronte Road, this project comprised developing 80 hectares with a mix of residential, commercial, institutional and open space uses. Residential units consisted of detached singles and a variety of townhouse types, in total approximately 1,200 units.
